Meal times and sizes

You would not be smart if you choose to take larger meals in few times in a day. For weight loss, choosing to take one allotted meal in a day does not work as usually you would have to eat in excess and also eat the wrong foods that do not support weight loss.

But, you would be so smart in your ways to lose weight if you trained your system to take several small meals in a day. This would really work better in speeding up your metabolism as then you would be able to eat several portions of fruits and veggies that help your metabolism pick up well.

You are not being smart when you use your own thinking to track the foods you eat and the amount of calorie intake in a day. You can never succeed in this no matter how good your IQ could be. You are only human and you may forget and mess at certain times.

But, if you want to be smart in your ways to lose weight, you will have a diary or journals where you track all you eat. This would be comprehensive to include the food groups and the calorie components as well. This way, you would be able to keep track and stick to what is useful.

The weight loss race

It is not being smart at all to imagine that you can lose 30 pounds of weight in just a month. Usually, this kind of race would lead you to indulge in all the weird and non working ways that are guaranteed to fail. The worse bit of this is that not only would you fail to lose weight but you will also be at great health risk.

However, you can also be smart in weight loss when you adopt the slow but sure theory. You need some time to be able to work in a weight loss plan and get results. Never try to get so much in one time and also you have to be strong. Not all weeks would be the same but still you never should give up. Remember, it is better to try and change your lifestyle and not take the liposuction. Gear yourself up for a marathon and not a short sprint race in your ways to lose weight.
